Over the past three years, the number of breweries in the province has tripled. With the number of breweries expanding at the rate that it is, I feel like I need to do something to get involved. That something is to offer my business to each of these breweries. There are roughly 57 taprooms in Alberta (at time of posting), and in 2018 I will visit as many of them as I can. When complete, this project will have taken me as far south as Lethbridge and as far north as Fort McMurray. I will travel east to Medicine Hat and Edgerton and as far west as Jasper. I plan on searching over mountains, over the prairie, through snow and sun, searching for Alberta’s best beers.
Join me as I put miles on my Mitsubishi, crisscrossing the province, taking in all that Alberta brewers can offer.
